Returns, Refunds & Replacements

For items to be eligible for a refund, the following requirements must be met: 

• Your item must have been purchased from us online. 
• You must return the item to us within 30 calendar days from the date you received it.   
• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.   
• Your item must be in the original packaging.  

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect the item. 
• We will notify you that we received your item and if your return was approved. 
• Approved returns will be refunded to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 2 business days.  
• For credit card refunds, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to post to your account.  If for any reason we do not approve your return, we will notify you to discuss your options.

If the item arrived damaged, please contact us right away so that we can send a replacement.

If the item does not work like it should; please contact us right away so that we can discuss the specifics and send you a replacement if necessary.

• If you are experiencing any problems with your item(s) and/or you are beyond the return period, immediately stop using the product.
• Contact us immediately so that we can discuss how we can help.  
• Almost all our items come with a manufacturer's limited warranty, please see our warranty for specific details.
• We offer full servicing and/or replacements at our office location for all items within and outside the warranty period.
